Dear Sarah,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
Based on your description, you’re having trouble with the Scheduling Assistant Suggested Times Bar in Classic Outlook. (Seems no time suggestion because can not find any room.)
To better understand and investigate your issue, I may need some more detailed information from your side:
- Will you please share me your Outlook version details? Please follow this article What version of Outlook do I have? – Microsoft Support and follow the steps to check.
2.Please make sure you have selected “All People and Resources” in AutoPick under the Scheduling Asssitance Tab.
- Please check whether there are any other user in your org is facing the same issue.
- Since the Room Finder Bar shows up but did not find any room, it might because you are offline or have a weak internet connection. Would you please try using another device or network to check the issue again?
- Please contact your IT admin to check whether they did any change to the conferance rooms.

If your IT admin could not firgure out the issue, there might be some backend issue which need to be check from the backend side. In this situation, would you please ask the admin to go to Office 365 Admin Center-> Support-> New Service Request. The support engineers there have the correct escalation channel, and this is the most efficient way to report such issue. You can refer to this article to check the way how to raise a ticket: Ways to contact support for business products – Admin help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and resources than us to help check the root cause from background directly. I hope the information helps! If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.Sincerely,Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator
